You agree that you will not initiate a chargeback with your credit card company without first contacting us to resolve any issues or disputes. If you initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with us, we reserve the right to pursue payment through legal means, including collection agencies, and you may be responsible for any associated fees and costs incurred by us as a result.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Camden Nj, Newark De, Philadelphia Pa, Hartford Ct, Baltimore Md, and New York Ny.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us.
